Dr. Sandy Clark, Ph.D

Primary Therapist

I have been working in this field for more than 15 years. My treatment specializations include substance abuse, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family therapy and marital counseling. I have also worked with adolescents and adults in an intensive Inpatient/Outpatient hospital setting.

Anxiety, depression and substance abuse problems can make life challenging for both adults and children. Therapy can be empowering process highlighted by a safe and supportive place to explore oneself in the context of meaningful relationships. Lack of forgiveness causes almost all self-sabotaging behaviors.

My education includes a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work and a PhD in Christian Counseling. As a licensed Christian counselor, I believe in having a strong relationship with your higher power and I believe in the power of prayer. It is essential in taking care of oneself spiritually, emotionally and physically. I have always enjoyed working with adults, couples, teenagers and children; and people from different backgrounds. Ultimately, I try to help you to remove or shift issues that are holding you back, and create the life you most desire.
